constructive geometry [monge]

an important paper on gaspar monge by joel sakarovitch. sakarovitch, a longtime researcher into monge’s work, has effectively uncovered another aspect of monge’s work and coined the term constructive geometry for monge’s approach. arguably it is a better term for what is increasingly being termed architectural geometry.
